SHIPPING:  In considering, shipping your location in South Africa, please be aware that duty/tariffs/taxes may be required.  Should the same be required, and you will be asked to pay any such costs prior to shipping.

NOTE TO SAVE ON SHIPPING:  All orders placed by Friday, August 21, 2026 can be picked up during the Eastern Regional Conference in Baltimore Maryland.  Our booth will be located in the Hilton - Booth 609.  To select this option, please select pick-up at checkout.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY:  This product is considered a custom order.  All custom order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  In the event of an error on our part in crafting your item, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement within sixty (60) days from the date of fulfillment.  Red Elephant 36 Designs, LLC controls the method of delivery and reserves the right to amend the terms of delivery as necessary from time to time.
