IMPORTANT PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS:  This item requires the following information from you (as the customer) BEFORE we can fulfill and ship your product:

• The pet's name with correct puncuation (max. 11 characters).
• The year that you would like to have listed on the item
• The type of pet that you have i.e. dog, cat, bird, etc.

As soon as you place your order, please email us at redelephant36designs@gmail.com to provide your personalization information.  If your item includes a picture, please also provide 3-5 pictures that you would approve for this item.  We will select the best photo (best in terms of how it looks with the layout) in the personalization of your item. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate personalization details at the time of order. If you fail to provide this information within five (5) calendar days, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued to you. 

Once you have provided the necessary information, we will email you with a mock-up of your design.  You must approve the design, before we complete production of your item.  If you fail to provide this information within five (5) calendar days, your order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued to you. 

REFUND POLICY ON PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS: Personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error made by Red Elephant 36 Designs which results in you receiving a product that is different from the item approved by you as stated above.  If you find that your item is defective or that there was a post-approval error made by Red Elephant 36 Designs, please email us at redelephant36designs@gmail.com to intiate your request for a refund.  Refund requests for defective or errored items must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order.  Any refund requests received after that time will be denied without further review.
